Reservations Policy: Reservations can be made by phone (208-201-2708) or online. You can also check availability in advance online, or you can call us to take care of the whole thing.
CLICK HERE (or on the button below) to be taken to our online reservation system, where you can check availability, choose your property and request a reservation. Someone from HPM will contact you within the next day or so to confirm the details. There will be a deposit required at this time. The amount of the deposit varies, depending upon the chosen property.

The deposit can be paid using a personal check or a credit card. Credit card payments can be made by CLICKING HERE or on the PayPal Button below. This will take you to the PayPal website, where you must sign in to your account and send your payment from there. The email address to send it to is: paypal@teton-lodging.com. There is a 4% surcharge for credit card payments. You will be given confirmation of your reservation once your payment has been received and processed. If your method of payment is personal check, this could take a week or more, depending upon the speed of delivery by the USPS and the processing time at the bank.
There will be an additional $125 cleaning fee and $250 refundable security deposit* charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
90 days or more before arrival date:
100% of reservation deposit minus $50 reservation fee will be refunded.
60 to 90 days before arrival date:
75% of reservation deposit will be refunded.
30 to 60 days before arrival date:
50% of reservation deposit will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: None refunded.
It is the responsibility of the guest to make any cancellations or changes within the appropriate time period to avoid any unnecessary charges. See the chart below for low and high-season dates and rates. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy: *Refunds on all $250.00 security deposits will be issued within 14 days after departure, less any fees charged. If you exceed the $125.00 cleaning deposit, the balance will be deducted from the security deposit. For more information on refunds, you can e-mail us or call us at 208-201-2708.
