Aspen Point I

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome sits side by side with Aspen Point II. This can be an ideal arrangement for the whole family or for those big gatherings where you still want the comforts of your own space. Or you can just rent one of them. Each is 2000 sq ft and very nicely furnished.

Aspen Point 1

Open, well-equipped kitchen has propane stove top, granite counters, microwave, and dishwasher.
Furnished to cook for 8.
The main floor living room is beautifully decorated in a western motif, leather and fabric furnishings.
Lower level has a large plasma flat screen TV with DVD player and games for the kids.
Incredibly well landscaped with east-facing decks to take in the Teton views.
Dining table seats 10, with an eating bar also. This home also has a washer & dryer for your use
Garage and openers are provided with your stay.

Back Yard This spacious living room (left & right) is big enough for the whole family. Gather 'round to enjoy the big screen TV, the DVD/VCR and the stereo system. Or just relax in one of the big over-stuffed chairs by the fire with a good book.

The master bedroom (left) is equipped with luxurious down comforters, its own Jacuzzi bath and a walk out balcony.

This three bedroom townhome with 2.5 baths is ideal for everyone's comfort. The guest room has a king size bed and the kids will love the bunk room (right) with a bottom pullout. Or this can just be that extra room to make your visit complete.

The dinning room (left) will seat 8 and there is also a granite breaktfast area.

You will feel right at home with the fully equipped kitchen (right).

After a long day on the ski hill or a hike in the Teton Mountains, enjoy a soak in the hot tub (right) located on the back deck.

Holidays: July 4th and Christmas, add 15% Less than 3 nights: add 15% Booking within 3 weeks of desired date: 10% discount 1/2 down required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival. Add 8% Idaho tax and lodging Add $350.00 security deposit Cleaning fees and damages will be subtracted from the security deposit, with the balance refunded to the guest.
