We communicate closely with you so you know what’s going on with the property. We clean and stock before and after the renters or when the you, the owners, come to enjoy the valley. We can even blow the snow from the driveway for arriving guest or owners! Need that special gift set out or a flower arrangement on the dining room table? Need a ride from the airport? Don’t want to go to the grocery store as soon as you arrive? Just let us know and we'll get it done for you so you can enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive.
Maintenance services are often charged based on your requirements and include many factors in their pricing: how many times the property is rented, the number of pets, the location of the home, and/or the number of times per week you want HPM to visit. There is a cleaning deposit charged when the property is rented.

Long-term rental will secure an income when you don't have the desire to spend time in the home.
Short-term rental can be a benefit by generating income while the home is otherwise not being used, keeping the option open for those times you want to spend in your second home.
NO RENTAL - If you don't want to rent it at all, property management will keep it looking good.
